Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and proactive Digital Media & Brand Coordinator to take charge of our online presence. The ideal candidate will manage the digital branding and content strategy for GWOLF Africa, CBMC, Aspire, G-Works, and personal brands, ensuring that our initiatives and businesses are professionally showcased online.

This is more than just a role; it’s an opportunity to shape narratives, drive engagement, and elevate brand influence across multiple platforms.

📍 Location: Cameroon Office

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation – Design eye-catching visuals, banners, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, or other tools.

Social Media Strategy & Management – Oversee Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and website updates for maximum engagement.

Brand Storytelling – Develop compelling content that highlights our impact, businesses, and initiatives.

Website & Digital Presence – Maintain our online platforms for a polished, professional brand experience.

Content Scheduling & Strategy – Plan and execute content calendars and digital campaigns.

Photography & Video Editing (Bonus) – Capture and edit video and image content to showcase key events.

Community Engagement – Manage interactions, respond to comments/messages, and drive audience growth.

Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor engagement, track growth, and refine content strategy accordingly.

Weekly Meetings – Attend team strategy meetings every Friday to align on content direction, performance updates, and future plans.
